Proven leadership experience with a focus on delivering strategic results.
Strong technical expertise in digital platform management, including cloud services and microservices architecture.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

Experience:

10+ years in IT, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale digital platforms.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Prior experience in the telecommunications or related industry is advantageous.

Team

Duties and responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the DOP platform roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and financial targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities leveraging platform capabilities.
Operational Excellence: Ensure 24/7 system availability and stability, overseeing technical infrastructure, cloud services, and microservices architecture. Drive Agile development and platform maintenance for optimal efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation across internal and external stakeholders.
Budget & Compliance: Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Oversee compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Promote platform optimization, process simplification, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
